All spice rack measurements are approximate.
Dave's Spice Racks normally ships USPS on smaller sized spice racks. Please submit Postal address also.
Large spice racks we will ship FED-EX ground. Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx based on weight and zip code. If you need your order shipped to a APO or FPO address, additional shipping charges may apply. Leave your correct mailing address.
Handcrafted Items: Your order will be ready for shipping within 10 to 15 business days after placing your order. If you have not received your order in 15 Business days after shipping, please contact us so that we can follow up on your order with our shipping service.
Custom Spice Racks: Dave's Spice Racks are handcrafted and normally built on a per order basis.
Based on our current schedule you should expect your order to ship in approximately 2 Weeks after your order has been confirmed.
Returns: 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee, terms and conditions.
We work hard to provide you with the best wood spice rack made. If however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Dave's Spice Racks, you may return it within 30 days. Contact Us for RMN number.
Returns must be sent freight paid, with an appropriate RAN. The goods must be in the original packaging and be in original condition. Upon receipt you will be refunded or credited the full purchase price, not including any applicable shipping charges
Damaged, Defective, or Not What You Ordered.
Dave's Spice Racks should be notified AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if a product is defective, damaged in shipment, or not what you ordered.
We have 30 days to file claim with our suppliers and shippers. If you allow this time to elapse no claim can be made and a return cannot be accepted.
Did Not Receive Merchandise:
Unless you have been notified by Dave's Spice Racks that your order will be delayed any order should be received within 15 business days.
Regardless of how an order was shipped, we have tracking numbers.
