This was easy and delicious!
I used Galbani Mascarpone, Starbucks instant coffee, and rum extract (1.5 tablespoons) instead of rum. I’m not a drinker so buying a bottle of rum didn’t make sense to me.
Anyways, I went way too heavy on the rum extract so next time, I will definitely hold back, but overall, this was still really good.
P.S. Fun note – I poured my rum extract into my heavy cream as I was prepping the ingredients and the alcohol thickened the cream very quickly. Probably not what I was supposed to do, but I thought it would be good for other people to learn from my mistake. 🙂 It all turned out good.
