I can attest that these are the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever made! Cinnamon rolls are my favorite baked goods, I love them. I also love to bake, but never attempted cinnamon rolls; I just bought them. A few years ago I started making them myself. I have tried so many recipes that all promise to be the best rolls, but they don’t turn out. They’re “flat”, flavorless, doughy, etc. These are the ones! Dough was very nice texture and easy to work with. I used AP flour. I used almond milk. I increased the ingredients to make 12. My only tip is to give them plenty of time to rise. I did them overnight. I got them out and set them on a furnace vent for half hour and then put them in a just warm oven for half hour to rise before baking. They are soft and fluffy. The ratio of breadiness to filling is just right. The flavor is delicious. Thank you for this recipe; it’s wonderful.
